Price Notes:
The prices are per apartment per day and include:
- cleaning and change of bed linen and towels two times per week
(usually every 4th day from the beginning of stay);
- electricity and water charges, cable TV and Wireless Internet.
- unlimited use of air-conditions and washing machines in the apartments.
The guests of Poseidon Complex use for free of charge:
- the pools and surrounding area equipped with sun-loungers & umbrellas;
- the outdoor children playground;
- the BBQ area ( a 2-day notice in advance is required);
- parking places around the complex.
Extra services available against fee:
- VIP zone/ the artificial lake - lagoon / - 25 EUR per day per pavilion;
- Tennis court - 13 EUR per hour;
- Underground parking place- 8 EUR per day;
- Extra cleaning upon request - prices may vary.
- Breakfast can be ordered on the time of booking and does cost 5 EUR per adult per day or 2.50 EUR per child aged 4-10. Breakfast is served in Amour Restaurant, located about 100 m away in Esteban Apart-complex.

RESERVATION, DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
High season Rate Policy
For booking’s cancellation or modification made between 0 and 30 days before the arrival date a penalty equal to 30% of total stay will be charged.
For cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date no penalty will be charged.
No-shows are subject to a penalty equal to 30% of total stay.
The length of stay after the check-in may be reduced by the guests, but the amounts of unused overnights will not be returned.
All bank fees are at tourists' expense even in case of reservation's cancellation.

Early Booking Rate valid for bookings till March 31st, 2020
30% of the total booking's amount is required to be paid by a bank, a bank card, wire transfer or PayPal within 5 working days after receiving the written confirmation of the reservation by Poseidon Residence Complex.
Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days prior arrival. For late cancellation outside stated period a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will apply.
No-shows are subject to a penalty equal to 30% of the total stay.

GENERAL POLICY
The regular Check-in time is from 2 pm to 8 pm
The check out time is from 9 am to 12.00 am
By room use between 2 pm and 6 pm 50% of the last night apartment rate is required for payment.
100 EUR security deposit may be required by the employee at the reception. This deposit is refundable before the departure of the guests in full, if there are no shortages or damages in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Please, smoke outside.
All guests of Poseidon Residence are required to follow and maintain the public order in the complex.
DINING AT POSEIDON RESIDENCE COMPLEX
Currently there is not a dining establishment in Poseidon complex, but our guests may visit Amour Restaurant in Esteban Complex, which is only 100 m away. This is an all-day- dining "a-la-cart"restaurant, which caters all the guests of Poseidon and Esteban complexes.
