WATER SPORTS IN VICINITY OF POSEIDON RESIDENCE COMPLEX


The Black Sea area of Nessebar has the ideal coastal line and climate for water sports enthusiasts and there are many different activities available.

With many water sports centers in close distance to Poseidon Residence, both experts and novices will find activities to suit them. Visitors can participate in a wide range of water sports, including diving, jet skiing, sailing, paragliding, canoeing and kite surfing. Popular destinations for water sports lovers to visit during a holiday on the Bulgarian Black sea coast include Ravda beaches, Nessebar beaches, Sunny beach resort and Saint Vlas. There are also diving centers, where qualified water sports instructors can provide visitors with lessons.

400 meters away from “Poseidon” is located the largest water park in Bulgaria “Aqua Paradise”. “Aqua Paradise” is the largest and most advanced water park project on the Balkans. It is a huge and unique amusement park, nestling gardens and restless ruffling waters. The total length of the slides is over 1500 m. The numerous attractions (over 40), places for relaxation and professional animation give the final touch to the overall concept of the park, in which everyone - from the youngest to the oldest, can find their own unforgettable experiences.


BEACHES IN VICINITY OF POSEIDON RESIDENCE COMPLEX

The beaches in Ravda are environmentally friendly, with fine golden sand and clear water. The south beach is wider than the Central, but the biggest beach is stretched to the northeast in the direction of Nessebar. The beach is known as "Olympic Hopes" or “Olympia” and features fine powdery sand. The stretch of the beach near the sunken ship has become known as "Beach of the sunken ship." Poseidon complex is located only about 350-400 m away.

The beaches in Nessebar are overcrowded, but they are covered with fine golden sand and the water is clear. The sea is shallow and the bottom is sandy – two features, that makes it ideal for children. In the Old Town there is a relatively small beach, while the South Beach is located in the new part of Nessebar. It is long, but narrow. The North beach of the town is bigger than the South beach, much more lively, with a variety of water sports and a place for beach volleyball. Along the beach there are many fast food restaurants offering sandwiches, grill, ice cream, refreshments.
